Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• An unboxing video from the moment you open the package is compulsory to claim a return or exchange.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with your unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns on Rudraksh, gemstones once used, sale items, or gift cards.

• Returns are not accepted if there is no unboxing video.

• Customized or altered products cannot be returned.

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if you received the wrong item or a damaged product. An unboxing video is required.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

• To request cancellation, email us at ankurdeepgems@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account (details required).

• Refunds may take 8–15 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ankurdeepgems@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are required to pay a fixed fee of ₹100 for return shipping.

• This amount will be deducted from your refund.
