Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Deep Ratna. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Domestic Shipping Policy (India)

  • We currently ship across all major cities in India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Shipping Policy

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
    (If you plan to offer it later, we can add DHL/FedEx/UPS options with estimated timelines and duties info.)


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.


Damages

Deep Ratna is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns Related to Shipping

  • Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • A valid unboxing video is required for all return claims.

  • Customers are responsible for paying a ₹100 return shipping fee.
