Is the shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
When will I receive my item?
Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location.
Can I change or return my item?
Bracelets:
Returns are not accepted. Only replacement is available in case of damaged/defective product, within 2 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
Gemstones:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery (except customized items).
A ₹50–₹200 return fee will be deducted. Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days.
Note:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
Customized products are non-returnable.
